Hope Valley

In February 2005 we visited Hope Valley, located in the Sierra Nevada mountains south of Lake Tahoe. The area is a paradise for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and paraskiing. A moderate snow storm slowed us down one day, but that set up wonderful conditions for a day of snowshoeing and photography.
